2024-2025 Women’s Leadership Series

Cohort 5 Registration

Deadline for registration is June 28, 2024.

This six-part series personalized professional development experience has been designed for women to:
• Expand your vision and compelling why of being a female leader
• Strengthen your sisterhood of support and wisdom
• Identify the six categories of bias which women in leadership need to address
• Expand your repertoire of response strategies to categories of bias
• Analyze the attributes of trust and how you intentionally build it
• Raise your consciousness and intentionality for practicing self-compassion
and resilience

As a capstone to your personal learning journey, you will be given voice and choice in the selection and completion of a tangible product to walk away with and an authentic artifact/work product to help you prepare for your next steps.

• Female administrator in public education with a desire to:
– Strengthen professional leadership skills;
– Study trends and issues in leadership; and
– Enhance leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
• We will accept 30 participants for Cohort 5

• The six-part series is $700.00. Must be pre-paid by July 15, 2024.
• Ashland graduate credit will be available

This program is presented by the Buckeye Association of School Administrators. Content is presented in collaboration with The Learning Collaborative, Dr. Fran Prolman, President, Dr. Dana Schon, Dana Schon Consulting and Emily Douglas-McNab, Co-Founder & Chief and Kate Heynoski, Co-Founder & Chief, Experience Management Institute.
