High School Principal – Fredericktown Local Schools


The high school principal shall promote the educational well-being of each student in the school while supervising and administering the building in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio and the policies, rules, regulations, and procedures of the Fredericktown Board of Education.


Just to name a few of the responsibilities that the high school principal shall provide: leadership for the staff and students; establishing and maintaining rules and regulations by which the staff and students are governed; providing supervision of students at all times, calling upon teachers for assistance and assigning duties that may be necessary to protect the health and welfare of students; acts as a liaison between the school and community, interpreting activities and policies of the school and encouraging community participation in school life; works well with the superintendent and all staff members


Experience Required:

*Master’s degree (M.A.) from an accredited college or university *Appropriate State of Ohio certification/license


Wage or Salary: negotiable

Approximate Work Hours or Days: 229
