The district is situated in southern Lorain County within the townships of Penfield, Lagrange, and a portion of Carlisle. Central to the district is the village of Lagrange where all three school facilities are located. Lagrange is approximately 30 minutes southwest of Cleveland Hopkins airport and about 50 minutes from downtown Cleveland. In addition to local business establishments, nearby shopping areas are easily accessible.

The area provides numerous recreational opportunities including community athletic parks, Lorain County Metro Parks, and several golf courses. Lake Erie recreational activities are an easy drive.

Stellar athletic programs, numerous of which have earned district and state championships, academics, including the development of numerous STEM related classrooms as well as an abundance of college-credit courses offered on our campus.

The district consists of three new buildings: the high school was built in 2006, the middle school was built in 2013, and the elementary school was built in 2015.

We are in the early stages of a baseball/softball field project, in which completion is projected to be in the spring of 2026.
